I set up The Cracked Pot Flower Boutique in July 1997 after returning from a few years working out in Dubai as a PR Manager for a large 5 star Hotel. Bursting with creativity and a strong desire "not to do the daily trek on the tube", I looked to my home town of Ealing to start my own business. With a fabulous local Florist due to relocate to Norwich, I saw my opportunity.

After doing my stint as a saturday girl to make sure I was going to like it, I soon started full time, working, with the then owner, to learn as much as I could, ready to take over.

One month later I was standing in my very own Flower Shop.

I had a massive desire to provide the most beautiful flowers to the local community. Sourcing the loveliest of flowers, bringing in unusual colours, textures and new varieties of flowers from all over the world. Combining these with fabulous wrapping and extra little touches to create the most gorgeous gift bouquets.

With Weddings being my big passion, I booked myself on to a one to one Wedding Course with Constance Spy and emerged with enthusiasm and a burning desire to design beautiful Wedding Flowers and create stunning floral memories for my Brides.

We continue to design fabulous gift bouquets and can now deliver locally, all over London and our new service, all over mainland UK on our next day courier service, we are very much in control of the flowers that our customers receive.

We have well over 400 Weddings to our name now and it continues to be a major passion of mine and we regularly feature in Wedding Flower Magazine and are on the list of preferred florist at my most favourite Wedding Venue at Syon Park.

I also have a very strong desire to offer beautiful and fitting funeral tributes and Sympathy bouquets. I believe its one of the most important floral purchases you can make and its our duty to ensure that you parting message is received in the most wonderful way.
