During the first consultation we will discuss colours, textures, shapes and design. As a budding bride you may have a thousand ideas of your own or maybe even though you'd like "flowers everywhere" you need a bit of help with colours and flower names! It can be a daunting process but either way, we're here to help.

We will sit together either at the studio, over in our on-site eatery, Joie de Vivre, or in the comfort of your own home (consultation fees apply for home visit) the choice is yours. You will have the opportunity to browse through wedding magazines, books and of course my own portfolio of wedding designs. We will discuss your needs in detail, taking into account your dress shape, colour and material, the colour of your bridesmaids dresses and the colour of the Grooms outfit. The number of guests, The Church/ Registry Office and the Reception Venue will all be important items on the agenda. If you have ideas please bring them with you, these may include pictures, colours, material swatches, a flower from your garden, in fact anything that can help us to build a picture of your perfect day.

Once we are happy with the choices, I will send you out a quote for your designs and if you're happy for us to take care of your flower needs, you'll have one less thing to worry about. It may be necessary for us to visit the church and reception venues together and perhaps meet again to discuss finer details but you can rest assured that we will certainly add the final touches to a wonderful day.
